The 2023 National Sports Sedan calendar has just been released and we are on the main game Repco Bathurst 1000 Oct 5-8 plus an exciting trip to Ned Whisky Tasmania Supersprint, both as Supercars support category. This is massive news, Bathurst 1000 is the premiere event in this country and we NEED your commitment to the whole series to make this an unbelievable year. Supercars have been very supportive and generous, 6 x 20 min sessions offered at Bathurst is fantastic and not something to be taken for granted.
We are also proud to announce the continuation of Precision International as series sponsor and with their generous help combined with Tasmanian government support we will be able to offer travel consideration costs for the Tasmanian round. It’s been many years since Sports Sedans travelled across the water to Symmons Plains TAS and this will be an event to remember - you have five months to prepare!

In 2023 we are changing the structure and will require a deposit of $1000 for you to join the National Sports Sedan Series, not dependent on you entering one, two or five of the events - just a commitment to help continue the national series for Sports Sedans on the highest level. This is a deposit due in January and will come off your first round entry fee.
The cost to commit to these two major Supercars events is very expensive but we feel both events are necessary for the Sports Sedan category as a whole. The event entry cost at each round will still be discounted and at a very competitive rate of approx. $990 (except Bathurst) – this includes Friday practice where possible and television coverage. Bathurst will be very reasonable and less than other categories.
We trust the reality of this opportunity is taken seriously, every competitor entering helps our series continue to grow and put on a show for the crowd and organisers. This is your opportunity to get teams together, there is time to prepare cars properly and enjoy a great year ahead of Sports Sedan racing in four different states at five different tracks.
We believe Sports Sedans haven't been on the Bathurst 1000 program for over 30 years, get on board and let us know asap if you are prepared to commit to 2023. We are currently preparing a sponsor booklet of the 2022 rounds to also share with sponsors and contacts.
